Valero carbon Exchange is a Texas-based group that dominates US Power, US Energy, and related Commodity exchanges. It develops, operates and connects safe, mobile and transparent markets for energy and related products, including power derivatives contracts and emission quotas, and the Valero Group is an oil company based in San Antonio on the Fortune 500 list. It has 15 refineries, 11 ethanol plants and some large wind farms in the United States and other countries.
